Pump Out Service
There will be pump out trucks coming through the fairgrounds tomorrow morning (Thursday), as well as Friday morning. If you need a pump out, your pump out medallion MUST be visibly located on your hitch before 8:00am tomorrow morning. Please see this link for additional information. While the online pump out purchase form is now closed, you can purchase pump outs at the Alliance info table in the Vendor Hall (Building A).
Alliance Team Welcome and Rally Kickoff
Immediately following breakfast at 9:00 am, the Alliance RV executive team will address rally attendees. Please plan to attend.
BINGO Team Meeting
If you signed up to help with Bingo sessions or if you're interested in helping but didn't get the chance to sign up, please plan to stay after the Alliance Team Welcome and Rally Kickoff for a short meeting. We will congregate near the stage in the Event Hall - ECCC. Thanks!
Lunch Food Trucks

Kid Activity Bags
If you have kids in your party and haven’t stopped by to get their activity bags, please do so today. Kid activity bags can be picked up at the FamAlly Cares table near the Info Table in the Vendor Hall.
Neighbor Courtesy
As you may have noticed, sites are very close together here at rally. Please be courteous when it comes to noise level and generator use. If you exercising your generator, please keep it to a short amount of time to keep noise levels and exhaust fumes at a minimum. We appreciate your cooperation in making this a pleasant camping experience for everyone.
Raffle Tickets
There is no need to put your name and number on the back of your raffle ticket. Just place one ticket in the bucket for the prize you’d like to try to win. You MUST have the other ticket with the number on it to claim your prize.
Cornhole Tournament
Anyone interested in being a part of this year's cornhole tournament will need to meet in the games/entertainment area outside of Building A at 12:15 pm. You will draw your partner, and no prior sign-up is necessary. Everyone, of all ages, is welcome to participate.
Vendor Road Map
Pullrite will no longer be able to attend the rally. If you have gotten all other stamps in your Event Book, please have them checked at the Info Table in the Vendor Hall to get your raffle tickets.
Pickle Ball Tournament
Anyone interested in being a part of this year's pickle ball tournament should meet at Building F (next to the Workshop building). You need to sign up at least an hour before the start of the tournament at 12:15pm so we can print the brackets. We will assign you a partner. Everyone, of all ages, is welcome to participate.
Pumpkinvine Walk
Join Active RV Life for a fun, relaxed Fitness & Health Walk at the Alliance RV Rally on Wednesday, 5/27 from 2:00–3:30 PM! Meetup on West side of Event Hall/ECCC. This will be a nice, easy-paced walk where you can meet fellow RVers who enjoy health and fitness, build camraderie, and support one another along the journey. Whether you're just getting started or you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast, everyone is welcome.
Make & Take Craft
Today's Make & Take Craft will start at 2pm in Maple Hall (located south of the service check-in building on Maple Street). Please see the agenda for more crafting opportunities this week!
Global Link Fastner Bar
The Global Link Fastener Bar will be available later today in the Vendor Hall, behind the Lippert RV. You may start building your bag once the boxes are open and bags are on the table. Please follow the numbers posted on each box to create one bag per unit.
Alliance Plant Tour
Today's factory tour will begin at 2pm. You will need to drive to 301 Benchmark Dr., Elkhart. You no longer need to sign up for the factory tours on the agenda. If you have not gone on a tour yet, just show up at the scheduled time of your choice. Specific product line tours cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for understanding.
Dinner Details
Dinner tonight will start at 5:30pm in the Event Hall (ECCC), and will be catered by Mission BBQ. The menu can be found HERE.
Group Photo
There will be a group photo happening after dinner. Please gather in the display coach area at 7pm and if possible, bring your rally t-shirt to put on.
Bourbon & Wine Tasting
Immediately following the group photo tonight, head to the Vendor Hall for bourbon and wine tasting. All you need is a bottle of your favorite wine/bourbon to share. If it's specific to your area of the country or Canada, even better!
Extending your Stay at the Fairgrounds
If you plan to extend your stay at the Fairgrounds Saturday night, please go to the Fairgrounds office during business hours this week and make your reservation and payment.
Mail / Package Pickup
If you've had mail or packages sent to the Fairgrounds, they will be at the Fairgrounds office near Gate 2. The Fairgrounds doesn't notify you, nor do they deliver. They are open daily 8am until 5pm.
Pet Owners
We love your pets, and your pets love you! If you are leaving your campsite for an extended period of time, and you know your furry friend will miss you, please be mindful of whether or not your pet is vocal when left behind. You are welcome to have your pets with you in all areas except the Event Hall (ECCC), where meals are served.
